Which helmet should I go for and why? Arai RX7-GP or Schuberth S1 Pro helmet?
Hi guys, I am purchasing a new Motorcycle Helmet and have decided to spend a little more than usual… These are the two helmets I was looking at, and I would be using either for track days or daily when I jump on my bike… The jury is out on which is the better helmet, have tried them on and they both fit very well…
If you’re going to be using the same helmet for both types of riding, sit down and make a list of the pros and cons of each helmet, for each type of riding.
The helmet that has more "pros" than "cons" on both lists is probably the one you should buy. Remember, though, that since you want one helmet to be good for two different types of riding, that some compromises may have to be made; i.e., giving up one aspect you’d like to have in a street helmet to get something else in your track helmet.
