PostHeaderIcon How much should I ask for this motorcycle?

I have a '06 Suzuki Hayabusa 1300R silver and blue. It has many chrome aftermarket parts, gear shift indicator, 13K miles, and really looks attractive. I am contemplating selling it though I kinda don't want to but lower back surgery may force me to.

Never dropped but a few scratches from rocks hitting it while riding. She is an awesome bike. I have 3 jackets, one helmet and its been serviced when it was time.

So whats a good price to ask for it IF i decide to sell her?.. though I'd probably sob like a baby..lol

a friend just sold his for 07' for 9k and had alot of Chrome, very nice bike. I would say to ask about 8k, all the aftermarket parts that you added would mean very little, you will prob loose alot of money and no one will pay what the bike is worth. thats the sad truth!!

Good luck selling your ride!!

PostHeaderIcon What do you want for Christmas?

Personally, I want a new Shoei RF-1000 helmet for my motorcycle an Iphone and an XBOX360. Probably not getting any of them, but just wishful thinking.

PostHeaderIcon I have a problem with sikhs wearing turbans.?

i don't mean in general, i'm canadian, and i can't stand the policy of allowing sikh mounties to wear turbans instead of the traditional headwear. if you can't wear the full uniform, u shouldnt' be allowed to work in that field. there r many other jobs that will allow it. if I tried 2 change the rules in the middle east in the same fashion, would it work? not a chance! same thing goes 4 wearing motorcycle helmets, if u wanna wear a turban instead, that should be allowed, but if u get in anaccident, u shouldn't be covered under insurance. or kids in school wearing the cerimonial dagger, doesn't matter what it represents, its still a dagger. i'm not racist, i've met people of all kinds, every race has good and bad people.

first of all canada has religious freedom, and its not a real dagger that they carry around, its a blunt and rivited one, and I doubt that any sikh would try to kill someone with it as it is a religious symbol, as for the turban thing, it is required for their religion, so that would be discriminating, in india there is a special sikh regiment in the army and sikhs are not required to wear Motorcycle Helmets since they are wearing a turban. canada is not the middle east and you have to learn to respect each other's culture, sikhs learn to work around the uniform wearing a turban instead of the helmet so its their style, and sikhs are one of the most skilled millitary regiment of all, so we have to learn to accept them and learn to adapt, what if your religion said that you had to wear a turban and couldnt get a job, how would you feel, if you would try to learn more about sikhism maybe you wouldnt be making these comments

for all the people complaining about the uniform thing, countries like singapore have adapted to the uniform thing, its just that they will wear a turban instead of a helmet, its their religious need, and why do you care, its their head, and it is the same colour, its just a different style. You are saying they should proudly wear their uniform as it is, but its not a matter of proudness, its their religion

as the answerer 2 answers below me said, most sikhs dont wear a dagger, just some, and the ones that do will not use it for attacking, its just a religious symbol, and as I said earlier, the dagger they carry is blunt and rivited, so a person holding a pencil will be more dangerous,

wow look at the people here, everybody who didnt agree with the asker got a thumbs down
